Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking an Aging Order Specialist for our Suffolk, VA location. This onsite role focuses on locating aging inventory, correcting misplacements, and ensuring proper storage. You will collaborate across inbound, outbound, and inventory control to minimize delays and improve fulfillment flow.

The position requires strong computer skills, the ability to work autonomously, and excellent communication. Typical shifts are 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a starting hourly rate around $19.20.

Qualifications

• General computer skills including Excel proficiency.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem solving and time management abilities.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Run reports from Warehouse Management System to identify aged inventory.
• Use Order Information Utility, customer service screens, and tracking tools to analyze needs.
• Monitor FIFO queues and ensure outbound processes move shipments.
• Collaborate with outbound and Inventory Control to properly process shipments.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and stowing.
