Job summary

Hireology seeks an Inventory Reconditioning associate to join our Ohio dealership team. This full-time role supports both Sales and Service departments by keeping vehicles clean, organized, and ready for customer delivery.

You will work with a small team, perform final vehicle prep, maintain the wash bay, move vehicles on the lot, and assist with photos and displays for customers. Valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

We are looking for a dependable, motivated Vehicle Preparation Tech to join our dealership team. This position will work with a team of three and will support the Sales Department through the Service Department.
