Job summary

First Nation Group in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a warehouse associate to support inventory control and receiving operations. You will verify incoming shipments, use FIFO storage, and maintain accuracy in our ERP system to reduce discrepancies.

You will conduct cycle counts and assist with daily orders, packing, and shipping while following safety policies and HIPAA procedures. This role requires forklift experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1 year of inventory control and receiving experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems or ERP usage.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming shipments and verify counts for boxes/pallets.
• Ensure POs are received in BC within 24 hours of shipment arrival.
• Label and store products using FIFO in designated bins.
• Return PO paperwork to the designated location per DC.
• Collaborate with IT for top 250 locations to optimize picking.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts weekly and document discrepancies.
• Stock overflow locations and prepare for new shipments.
• Assist with daily orders including pulling, packing, and shipping as needed.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to all company policies and HIPAA practices.
