Job summary

QXO in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will receive, store, pick, stage, and ship building materials, ensuring accurate orders, inventory accuracy, and safe handling throughout the warehouse.

You will operate forklifts and related equipment, assist customers and drivers with loading, and collaborate with branches to maintain efficient order fulfillment while following OSHA safety standards and maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, building materials, manufacturing, or construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Pull, stage, verify, and prepare customer orders according to work orders and tickets.
• Receive, inspect, unload, and store incoming inventory.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain organized storage locations and accurate inventory records.
• Assist customers and drivers with loading materials and pickups.
