Job summary

Rite-Hite Corporation in Winchester, VA is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support inventory, shipments, and service vehicle readiness. You will help stage jobs, load and unload vehicles, and keep the warehouse safe and organized while supporting field teams.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a DOT medical exam. Prior warehouse experience and basic math are helpful; forklift familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass DOT medical exam.
• Experience with warehousing and inventory control preferred.
• Ability to read simple instructions and memos.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory and shipments.
• Receive and unload shipments; stock parts and service trucks.
• Load and unload vehicles; maintain appearance of demo trucks and equipment.
• Organize warehouse and maintain housekeeping and safety protocols.
• Occasional domestic travel up to 10% for training or support.
• Follow customer-specific policies and safety guidelines on job sites.
