Job summary

HydraForce, a Bosch Rexroth company, is hiring a Material Handler in Lincolnshire, IL. The role involves receiving materials, loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include counting and counting-scale verification, operating material handling equipment, and ensuring proper material flow to stock and production lines. Strong English communication and basic math skills are required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or Equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic Math Skills.
• Coordinate workflow with other team members.
• Ability to count parts using a counting scale.
• Ability to operate material handling machinery such as pallet jacks, stackers and aerial lifts.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming material from supplier against Purchase Orders.
• Load and unload supplier and inter-plant trucks.
• Verify accuracy of inbound and outbound material.
• Maintain accurate shipment records for accounting, purchasing and warranty.
• Manage the picking and receiving of parts for honing.
• Utilize RF Scanners and Fourthshift to receive material and make adjustments.
• Fulfill prototype order requests.
• Ensure material is properly located in stockrooms and moved between lines.
