Cancelled Breaks in Las Vegas is seeking an Inventory Assistant to enter new stock, print and apply labels, and keep our warehouse running smoothly.

You will lift heavy boxes, organize inventory, track quantities, and flag discrepancies. This role suits someone who is organized, computer-literate, and reliable, with at least one year in inventory or receiving. Schedule includes Saturdays after training in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in an inventory and receiving role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Moderate computer knowledge (Google Sheets, inventory software).

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter new inventory into our computer system.
• Print and apply product labels, barcodes, and/or stickers to items.
• Lifting, sorting and emptying heavy boxes.
• Organize and sort inventory in designated areas.
• Track quantities and assist with inventory counts.
• Flag low stock or missing items to management.
• Support the manager with day-to-day tasks.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
