Job summary

Cancelled Breaks is seeking an Inventory Assistant to manage stock accurately and ship products in a fast-paced live-streaming startup environment in Las Vegas, NV. You’ll handle data entry, labeling, and physical handling of boxes as part of daily operations.

The role requires at least 1 year in inventory/receiving, basic computer skills including Google Sheets, and reliable, detail-oriented work. You’ll collaborate with the team to maintain organized storage and ensure timely stock counts,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in inventory and receiving.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Moderate computer knowledge (Google Sheets, inventory software).
• Reliable, efficient, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of sports cards and/or Pokemon is a plus.
• Strong attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Enter new inventory into the computer system.
• Print and apply labels, barcodes, or stickers to items.
• Lift, sort and move heavy boxes.
• Organize inventory in designated areas.
• Track quantities and assist with counts.
• Flag low stock to management.
• Support the manager with daily tasks.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area.
