Job summary

SRC Automotive, Inc. in Springfield, MO is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Associate to join its operations. Responsibilities include receiving, unloading, and verifying parts, maintaining accurate inventory records in real time, and performing cycle counts and audits.

You'll operate forklift and cherry picker, follow safety protocols, and support Open Book Management principles. The role requires 2 years warehouse experience, basic math, and teamwork; internal training may lead to growth and ESOP

Qualifications

• Two years of warehousing experience preferred.
• Basic inventory control procedures knowledge.
• Ability to read, write and perform simple math.
• Certified or trainable on multiple fork trucks.
• Team player with safety awareness.
• Proficient in Windows; PICK experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload materials; compare packing slips to items.
• Check in core, new, and remanufactured parts in real time.
• Maintain accurate inventory transaction records.
• Operate fork trucks; perform daily inspections and report issues.
• Participate in cycle counting, stocking, and audits.
• Support Open Book Management principles.
