Responsibilities

• Support Cavender’s culture and company values.
• Receive, process, and stock merchandise, ensure documentation matches.
• Inspect quality, tagging, boot pairing, and label placement.
• Maintain accurate backroom inventory and organization.
• Operate receiving equipment (barcode printers, handheld devices).
• Keep backroom clean, safe, and organized; assist store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team to manage inventory flow and goals.
• Train stockers on receiving processes and backroom tasks.
• Report any receiving, shipping, inventory, or system concerns.
• Arrive on time; present neat appearance; follow policies.
• Assist with merchandising and other tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
