Job summary

Walmart’s Sam’s Club in Columbia, SC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to maintain and process shipments, post delivery schedules, compile receiving reports, verify merchandise counts, and route merchandise to proper locations while paying expenses.

You will also receive merchandise, organize the Receiving area, follow safety standards, operate equipment responsibly, and support ongoing reporting using the company systems.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required or obtained within 30 days of entry date.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and processes shipments by developing and posting delivery schedules and organizing receiving reports.
• Verifies merchandise counts, routes merchandise to proper locations, and processes related expenses.
• Receives merchandise for the facility, maintains the Receiving area, and ensures documentation is complete and accurate.
• Attends to safety and compliance, follows forklift procedures, handles hazardous materials per guidelines, and reports unsafe conditions to management.
