Job summary

Brasseler USA, based in Savannah, GA, is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Clerk responsible for accurately receiving and verifying inventory by purchase order and placing items in designated warehouse locations.

The role requires basic math, reading procedures, and basic computer skills. On-site work with typical warehouse conditions and opportunities to work with safe, world-class healthcare products within our Savannah facility.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand and perform standard procedures and work instructions.
• Basic mechanical skills desired.
• Basic math and logic skills required.
• Basic computer skills and software use (email, document prep, and spreadsheets) desired.

Responsibilities

• Unloads and checks all incoming shipments and reports any damages to the carrier.
• Opens Packaging slips to verify the vendor purchase order and items listed.
• Creates PO Receiving list and checks items to verify labeling, packaging and correct quantity.
• Notifies QA for incoming inspection where required (non-conformity or first article).
• Assigns items to warehouse locations and prints move labels for each product.
• Places all received items with labels on cart for designated location put-away.
• Unloads and places pallet loads as a Licensed forklift operator.
• Maintains all packing list/receiving edit paperwork for history records.
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
