Job summary

JC Davis Power is hiring for an Inventory Receiving Associate. You will manage daily inbound deliveries at our headquarters yard, verify items against packing lists, and ensure accurate stocking for technicians. This role starts with physical receiving and grows to using Limble for receipts and vendor information.

The position emphasizes accuracy, dependability, and the ability to work as part of a safety-conscious team in a shop environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Accurate counting and verification of deliveries against packing lists.
• Ability to read and follow receiving procedures and paperwork.
• Comfort with lifting and being on your feet for long shifts.
• Willingness to learn Limble and enter receipts independently.

Responsibilities

• Receive every delivery, unload, inspect for damage or shortages.
• Count and verify against packing lists; ensure receipts are accurate.
• Put away items, organize the parts area, and keep bins labeled and clean.
• Know where items are for technicians and cycle counts.
• Flag mismatches and discrepancies the same day.
• Grow into using Limble for receipts and PO information.
