Wesco Turf, Inc. in Florida is seeking a Warehouse Receiver to ensure accurate receipt, stocking, and tracking of inventory.

You will process daily deliveries, returns, vendor claims, and transfers, while keeping the warehouse organized and efficient. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 5+ years in warehouse receiving, forklift certification, and proficiency with RF scanners and inventory systems.

• Receive and process daily parts deliveries from various carriers and company trucks.
• Process customer returns and ensure RGAs are handled quickly.
• Receive and process inbound inventory transfers from other Wesco Turf locations.
• Maintain organized RGA inventory area and accurate stock locations.
• Manage special-order products and newly stocked inventory.
• Put away received products and assign accurate warehouse locations.
• Process weekly vendor claims and inventory adjustments as needed.
• Inspect returned parts for new, resellable condition.
• Assist with receiving and stocking Toro inventory orders.
• Maintain warehouse bin location accuracy and inventory availability.
• Monitor warehouse supplies (boxes, labels, bags, shipping materials).
• Support shipping operations by pulling, packing, and preparing orders.

In this role, you'll be an essential part of our warehouse team, ensuring inventory is received, tracked, organized, and available when our customers and internal teams need it most.

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Receiver, you will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency through the timely processing of incoming shipments, customer returns, vendor claims, and inventory transfers.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process daily parts deliveries from small package carriers, LTL shipments, and company trucks
• Process customer returns and work closely with Customer Service to ensure Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) are handled quickly and accurately
• Receive and process inbound inventory transfers from other Wesco Turf locations
• Maintain an organized and accurate RGA inventory area for returned products awaiting vendor claims or reassignment
• Manage special-order customer products and newly stocked inventory
• Promptly put away received products and assign accurate warehouse locations
• Process weekly vendor claims and inventory adjustments as needed
• Inspect returned parts to verify they are in new and resellable condition
• Assist with receiving and stocking weekly Toro inventory orders
• Maintain warehouse bin location accuracy and inventory availability
• Monitor warehouse supply inventories, including boxes, labels, bags, and shipping materials
• Support shipping operations by pulling, packing, and preparing orders when needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, utility carts, RF scanners, and inventory management systems
• Build strong working relationships across departments and contribute to a team-oriented culture

Requirements

What Do You Need?

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 5+ years of warehouse receiving experience
• Previous inventory management experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Requires lifting, pushing, pulling, kneeling, stooping, reaching and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to go up and down stairs and ladders frequently
