Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and familiar with warehouse management systems. Prior receiving or inventory experience is preferred; forklift certification is a plus. This is an on-site role in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Accurate data entry and record keeping required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against PO and packing slips.
• Organize and stock received materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to management.
• Coordinate purchasing team to resolve shipment discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving area.
• Assist with cycle counts and periodic physical inventory audits.
