Responsibilities

• Learn and develop knowledge of store products, vendors, PLU codes, and pricing.
• Maintain knowledge of company software: RORC, Excel, and others.
• Create, update, and maintain product files in inventory software with correct costs and classifications.
• Review downloads for price changes, errors, or overrides.
• Check in incoming vendors, verify products against invoices, and ensure temp control as needed.
• Process invoices in inventory system and code to departments; sign invoices clearly.
• Follow up with departments to ensure timely invoice submission.
• Process credits with delivery personnel and call in credits to vendors.
• Assist with delivery breakdown, stocking, and backroom organization.
• Ensure backroom cleanliness, sign/tags creation, and proper shelf labeling.
