Job summary

Cavender’s is seeking a Receiver to support backroom and inventory operations in Denham Springs, LA. You will accurately receive, inspect, and stock merchandise, maintaining inventory accuracy and store standards.

You will collaborate with the store team to ensure merchandise flow and an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include processing orders, transfers, and returns, inspecting tagging and labeling, and keeping the backroom organized and safe.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately receive, inspect, and process merchandise in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and operate receiving equipment safely.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must read and understand English and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receive, process, and stock merchandise including purchases, transfers, and returns.
