Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an ICC Department Manager at one of our Distribution Centers to lead quality control and inventory accuracy across all shifts in a fast-paced, 24/7 operation.

You will own the inventory control processes, champion WMS usage (Manhattan), and develop your team through hiring, training, and performance coaching while partnering with DC leadership and HR to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in material handling, logistics, or DC operations with inventory control.
• Strong leadership experience and ability to develop teams.
• Working knowledge of WMS such as Manhattan.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel.
• Ability to make independent decisions and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control and inventory accuracy across all shifts.
• Maintain integrity of logistics processes and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead daily QC associates and participate in hiring and training.
• Collaborate with leadership and HR on performance management.
• Implement improvements to inventory accuracy and process quality.
• Provide reporting and insights to management.
