Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Three+ years manufacturing/production/distribution inventory experience.
• Two+ years supervisory experience.
• Three+ years PC inventory and accounting skills; root cause countermeasure experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills; Lean principles exposure preferred.
• WMS knowledge intermediate preferred.
• OSHA knowledge intermediate required.
• APICS certification intermediate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tracks day-to-day inventory costs and supports KPI goals.
• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports.
• Develop and maintain inventory control systems to meet facility needs.
• Manage the facility cycle count program and related processes.
• Provide floor support to Operations Supervisors and staff.
• Facilitate and execute the hold process for local site.
• Conduct performance evaluations of direct reports.
