Job summary

Mastronardi Produce requires a detail-oriented associate to inspect product quality and manage allocations to meet customer specs. You will coordinate with Commodity, Production, and Shipping teams to align daily plans with orders and ensure timely execution on the dock.

You’ll work a 3 day/4 day full-time rotation, requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to learn warehouse systems like NAV and JDA. Medical benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Willing to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of job.
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written formats.
• Detail oriented with good organizational abilities.
• Learn significant Product/Industry knowledge.
• Self-starter willing to work flexible hours.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and sign off on product quality in inventory and/or at the dock to meet customer specifications.
• Support plan for daily Production and Sales Order allocations.
• Communicate necessary changes to Commodity Supervisor to differ from prior allocations.
• Follow up to ensure rework is allocated and planned to meet specs.
• Ensure allocations are updated and distributed throughout the day and executed as expected.
• Coordinate and assist in communicating customer's expectations with teams.
• Maintain regular communication with Production Schedulers and Managers.
• Maintain communication with Receiving on load priorities and specs.
