Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Industry-specific experience, including food-grade or regulated environments, may be required based on facility needs.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality requirements preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build partnerships and work effectively with others to achieve shared objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to make timely, effective decisions that support operational success and business goals.
• Knowledge of efficient work processes and a commitment to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, situations, and operational demands.

Responsibilities

• Maintain perpetual inventory records and generate inventory-related reports.
• Perform daily cycle counts, audits, and verification to ensure accuracy.
• Track, monitor, and document damaged inventory and report findings to leadership.
• Provide inventory, quality, and operational reports to management.
• Verify records against physical counts, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate recalls, holds/releases, and infestation audits when required.
• Monitor and support pest control programs per site requirements and regulatory standards.
• Ensure the facility remains inspection-ready for SQFI, FDA, customer, and audits.
• Draft, revise, and update SOPs as needed and maintain the quality portal.
