Insight Global is seeking an Inventory & Quality Associate for a top healthcare client in New York City. This is a newly created role within a highly respected supply chain organization focused on improving inventory accuracy and supply quality across a major hospital campus. The associate will play a hands‑on role supporting critical clinical areas by performing physical inventory counts, managing expirations and recalls, and analyzing inventory data to identify risks and improvement opportunities. This position offers a unique blend of operational and analytical work and serves as a proven stepping stone into broader corporate supply chain roles, with clear growth and promotion potential within 2–3 years.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) required.
• 2-3 years of relevant inventory/cycle counting/PAR level coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel VLOOKUPs/Pivots, PowerPoint, Access).
• Experience with PeopleSoft, QIAM (RFID), or similar ERP/WMS/IMS systems.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex inventory data.
• Experience with handheld scanners and data entry.

Plusses:

• Healthcare or hospital supply chain experience
• Experience supporting Perioperative Services, Cath Lab, EP Lab, or Radiology inventory
• Comfort working in a newly created and evolving role

$65,000 to $75,000 per year annual salary.
