Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead a high-performing team responsible for inventory counts, damages, and audits. The role ensures the correct quantity and quality of product reaches customers by monitoring inventory and process accuracy, and by managing the facility shrink budget.

You will organize a bi-annual inventory cycle count, train associates, and partner with HR on attendance, pay, and workplace issues while reporting to upper management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of warehouse or distribution center operations experience.
• Experience with inventory audits and shrink management.
• Strong HR and safety acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a high-performing team responsible for inventory counts, damages, and audits.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory and monitor shrink budget.
