Job summary

MANITOU Group in Belvidere, Illinois hires Inventory Putaway Associates I-III to manage bin locations, scan items, and move stock using cherry pickers and forklifts. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and following safety procedures.

The base pay starts at $18.00/hour with potential quarterly bonus, onsite work, and a comprehensive benefits program including Medical/Dental/Vision and a 401k match. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in warehouse operations, stocking, or inventory control.
• Training provided; no leadership experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Items are packed accordingly by Receiving Associates.
• Items are scanned and placed in correct bins.
• Transport items to designated locations using the correct handling equipment.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals for putaway tasks.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs as part of the job function.
