Job summary

Parallel Employment Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Wisconsin to verify pallet tags, load configurations, and enter data into scanners and the IRIS system. The role uses both reach trucks and manual lifts to stack, move, and store goods while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities include physical counts, vehicle inspections, housekeeping, and ensuring shipping/receiving quantities are accurate. Shifts run 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with hourly pay between $20.46 and $22.26.

Qualifications

• Experience verifying pallet tags against pallet loads and entering data into a scanner or IRIS system.
• Proficiency with barcode scanning and manual quantity entry.
• Ability to operate lift equipment and move goods safely.

Responsibilities

• Compare pallet tag to pallet load and configuration for accuracy.
• Scan pallet labels and enter quantities into scanners; download data to IRIS hourly.
• Store finished goods using lift equipment and scan locations.
• Perform physical inventory counts as required.
• Inspect vehicles according to standards.
• Maintain clean work area and support accurate records.
• Unload incoming transfers as needed and audit shipping/receiving quantities.
• Pick, build, label, and wrap customer orders to requirements.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and getting on/off a forklift.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and communicate with stakeholders.
