Navigate Search in California is seeking an organized Inventory & Purchasing Associate to support daily inventory management and PO processing. You’ll use Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks to keep accurate records and aid production across multiple facilities.

This role emphasizes detail orientation, reliable communication, and a willingness to learn sourcing processes. Prior experience is a plus but not required, with room to grow in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily inventory management across multiple facilities.
• Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and physical checks.
• Create and maintain inventory count sheets and related documentation.
• Assist with tracking and managing raw materials.
• Manage and maintain Purchase Orders (POs).
• Review incoming POs and assist with processing orders from ~10 major customers daily.
• Communicate with vendors regarding orders and delivery information after training.
• Learn and assist with sourcing activities and supplier relationships.
• Maintain accurate inventory and purchasing records using Excel and QuickBooks.
• Work with internal teams to ensure materials and inventory support production.
• Assist with inventory and purchasing activities across five facilities.
• Support growth, including increased production activity in Mexico.
• Perform other inventory, purchasing, and administrative duties as needed.
