The role uses MRP/Logility and partners with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery. This is a hybrid position with in-office days on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for collaboration.

The successful candidate will analyze demand, optimize stocking levels, and support budgeting and supplier performance improvements. Candidates should live within commuting distance to Red Wing.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years related experience
• Experience with MRP systems (Infor) and Logility
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Procurement principles and supplier management understanding

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and purchasing using MRP tools
• Execute purchase orders to maintain product availability
• Monitor demand, inventory, lead times, and supplier capacity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support launches
• Track supplier performance and drive delivery improvements
• Maintain purchasing documentation and pricing terms
• Support budgeting and price analysis activities
