Job summary

Eckerd Connects in Kittrell, NC, is seeking a Property Clerk to manage inventory control, order center supplies, and maintain shipping/receiving records in compliance with center and DOL regulations.

You will monitor asset locations, post records, arrange disposition of excess materials, and ensure accuracy of procurement for GSA, self-service store, and other vendors; attendance at required trainings is expected.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Two years of property/inventory control experience preferred.
• Valid State driver’s license in the state of employment with acceptable driving record preferred.
• Must pass a drug screen per policy.
• Employment contingent on nationwide criminal background check.
• Sound working knowledge of property/inventory control procedures; knowledge of government property management desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and effectiveness of property/inventory control functions.
• Ensure center equipment and supplies are ordered, received, and distributed.
• Post and maintain shipping, receiving, inventory records and documents per center and DOL regulations.
• Arrange disposition of excess materials per Property Handbook procedures.
• Monitor procurement of supplies, materials and equipment for GSA, self-service store, and other vendors.
• Monitor maintenance of records on location of all center property.
• Attend required staff training sessions.
