Qualifications

• Candidate has strong attention to detail and can measure, weigh, classify, and document inventory.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic data reporting is required.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution is essential.
• Ability to collaborate across receiving, operations, quality, and inventory teams.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming products and determine optimal warehouse storage locations based on demand and requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenishment activity to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting receiving, replenishment, and packing operations.
• Track storage capacity and make recommendations to improve space efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
• Generate and analyze reports to support inventory control and warehouse performance.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels.
• Develop slotting strategies based on product characteristics and velocity.
• Manage COI and inventory discrepancies while adhering to customer requirements.
• Assist in new customer implementations and inventory setup.
