Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Inventory Management - Profiler to analyze existing inventory and resolve inbound discrepancies, driving efficiency in pharmacy warehouse operations.

You will validate inbound shipments, place electronic orders, create standard reports and forecasts, and lead regular cycle counts. The role emphasizes accuracy, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to minimize expenses and improve service levels within a dynamic distribution

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Detail-oriented with ability to measure, weigh, classify and document inventory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control processes, including cycle counting and discrepancy resolution.
• Ability to communicate effectively across receiving, operations, quality and inventory teams.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming products and assign optimal warehouse storage locations.
• Monitor inventory levels, replenishment activity and product movement for accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting receiving, replenishment, inventory, picking and packing operations.
• Track warehouse capacity and storage utilization; recommend space improvements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits and investigations.
• Evaluate warehouse processes to identify opportunities for improvement and productivity gains.
• Generate and analyze operational reports to support inventory control and warehouse performance.
• Support process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, accuracy and service levels.
