Job summary

ATS is seeking a detail-oriented inventory control specialist to oversee stock integrity, restocking, and parts handling in a factory setting. The role supports purchasing and inventory management to keep costs in line with department budgets.

The position requires an Associate degree or equivalent, strong reading/comprehension, and solid numerical and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the integrity of inventory and restocking of items in inventory.
• Processes repairs for stock; puts away stock; timestamps repair parts and delivers components to technicians.
• Controls inventory and material within department budget and analyzes inventory records.
• Monitors stock levels, enters orders, and tracks shipments; expedites late material orders.
