Job summary

Jinko Solar U.S. Industries Inc. in Florida is seeking an Operations Management Engineer to drive workforce planning, capacity planning, and labor productivity improvements within the Operations Management Department.

You will work with Production, Operations, Quality, and cross-functional teams to identify constraints and translate data into actionable improvement opportunities. The role focuses on line balancing, SMED/changeover optimization, and developing reports and dashboards to monitor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience in data analysis, statistics, or manufacturing operations preferred.
• Experience in workforce planning, production planning, or productivity improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop workforce plans, staffing structures and labor requirements based on production capacity and demand.
• Conduct manpower planning to optimize headcount allocation and improve labor utilization.
• Monitor labor productivity and operational efficiency, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support production and capacity planning based on demand, equipment capacity, manpower availability and constraints.
• Develop and maintain production schedules and capacity plans for daily and long-term needs.
• Perform line balancing analysis and update line balance as product mix and process flow change.
• Monitor daily production output and prepare performance reports with productivity metrics.
• Establish daily production data collection processes for timely reporting.
• Analyze takt time, cycle time, and capacity to identify bottlenecks and improve flow.
• Collaborate with teams to implement continuous improvement projects and monitor results.
• Develop standardized reports, dashboards and productivity metrics for management decisions.
