ID Logistics Somerset, NJ is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support Quality Systems and records management. You will maintain SOPs and training matrices for associates, ensure compliance with QC requirements, and assist with internal audits and safety reporting.

Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, root-cause analysis of discrepancies, and coordination with ERP systems (Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS, Manhattan). Requires strong communication and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Two years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email applications.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoots on cases with issues.
• Updates and maintains training matrix for all associates.
• Responsible for maintaining all Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems (SOPs, Monthly Quality Training, etc.).
• Ensures SOPs are up-to-date and reviewed as required.
• Ensures all documentation and communication comply with Quality Requirements.
• Ensures documentation regarding internal audits is current.
• Reports to associates on corrective actions that comply to QC.
• Reports safety non-conformance.
• Assures inventory accuracy and compliance for all DC5 accounts.
• Identifies and researches unique inventory occurrences and corrects them.
• Investigates inventory discrepancies found through cycle counts and determines root cause.
• Knowledge of Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS, Manhattan systems.
• Follows corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and reports noncompliance when observed.
• Observes all company safety rules and assists in enforcement as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoots on cases with issues

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Two years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email applications.
• Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, hearing protection, bump cap, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from associates, managers, regulatory agencies, and the general public.
• Ability to speak effectively with individuals at all levels within and external to the company and the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ration and percent and to generate and interpret graphs.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
• Through compliance (DMS or Corp Compliance) instruction, systematic completion of all associate training and recordkeeping of. Superior organizational skills are critical.
