Wilbert’s in Webster NY is seeking an Inventory Tech (Entry Level) to maintain accurate inventory records, support stock levels and enable same-day sales. The role operates Monday–Friday in a full-time schedule and involves updating records, taking photos of parts, and communicating with the sales team.

Requires a high school diploma or GED; forklift training is available. Strong attention to detail and physical stamina are essential to manage lifting up to 100 pounds and move parts efficiently.

• Forklift training or certification available; willing to train.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts audits to locate missing parts using reports from PowerLink.
• Verifies accuracy of pulled parts and ensures correct items.
• Records updates and photos for inventory, including damage codes.
• Picks, shelves and organizes parts, separating used vs aftermarket.
• Receives shipments and inspects for damage and accuracy.
