Job summary

Nueske’s Applewood Smoked Meats seeks a Company Store Inventory/Pricing Lead to run daily operations, manage pricing, vendor PO creation, and on-floor leadership. You will handle receiving, cycle counts, invoice reconciliation, and reporting; oversee 5–15 team members, ensure excellent customer service, and coordinate with store management to optimize inventory and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience and/or training required.
• Advanced computer proficiency in Windows/Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint, internet research and POS systems required.

Responsibilities

• Create and submit purchase orders for vendors, ensuring desired inventory target levels.
• Process and reconcile invoices within 24 hours of delivery.
• Maintain item information for cost and pricing records in Cloud POS system and update regularly.
• Daily, weekly, monthly price maintenance and inventory analysis.
