The ideal candidate has retail or inventory experience, understands clothing brands and home goods, and can work independently while meeting daily quotas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic mathematical ability.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, sort, and price incoming donations based on style, condition, and market appeal.
• Prepare inventory for the sales floor to stay stocked with quality merchandise.
• Work in a backroom warehouse environment with standing, walking, and lifting 10–25 pounds.
• Contribute to daily processing quotas and pricing strategies to balance customer access and revenue.
