Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks an Inventory/Planning Coordinator (First Shift) in Florham Park, NJ. The role focuses on releasing production orders, staging material kits, and confirming BOM-based inventory accuracy for manufacturing.

Responsibilities include MRP transactions in Infor, cycle counts, WIP oversight, and management of life-limited materials. Packaging, receiving, and outbound shipments are also coordinated with logistics partners.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience in inventory management and control.
• Knowledge of inbound/outbound logistics and packaging.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Release planned production orders and prep material kits for production.
• Verify 100% inventory accuracy of material kits before delivery to Manufacturing.
• Perform material transactions in Infor/MRP systems and conduct cycle counts.
• Provide oversight of work in progress and address obsolescence/expired materials.
• Coordinate inbound receiving with vendors and update location/quantities in Infor.
• Schedule outbound shipments and drive docking-to-stock improvements.
• Maintain visual controls and standardize warehouse processes.
