Target is seeking a Senior Planning and Inventory Operations Analyst for the Apparel & Accessories business. You will analyze inventory needs, research replenishment opportunities, and develop strategies to improve product availability and purchaseability.

You’ll partner with Core Inventory Management teams to tailor inventory flow and support Store teams, guests, and overall IM objectives.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Target Supply Chain or Merchandising roles.
• Working understanding of Target Inventory Management replenishment systems.
• Excellent analytical ability.
• Strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, research, and create solutions to enhance Target’s ability to manage inventory.
• Maintain focus on purchaseability and inventory availability.
• Drive replenishment strategies addressing chronic outliers and KPI improvement.
• Collaborate with Core IM teams to build inventory flow and positioning strategies.
