Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, and familiarity with Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, priority-setting, and time management skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Self-starter with strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory across customer warehouses, control states, and Sazerac-owned facilities to maximize product availability and minimize out-of-stock events.
• Build strong partnerships with wholesalers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective inventory planning and exceptional service.
• Analyze inventory performance and identify opportunities to improve replenishment strategies, warehouse processes, and overall supply chain efficiency.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives that reduce costs, optimize inventory management, and improve operational performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators and leverage data and reporting tools to drive informed business decisions and ongoing process improvements.
