Sazerac Company is seeking an Inventory Planner to join our Louisville-based Supply Chain team. You will manage inventory across customer warehouses and Sazerac-owned facilities, partnering with wholesalers and internal teams to optimize stock levels and service.

The role focuses on improving replenishment, reducing costs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives while delivering excellent customer service. Hybrid work environment with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Manage inventory across customer warehouses and facilities to maximize availability and minimize stockouts.
• Build partnerships with wholesalers, customers and internal stakeholders for effective inventory planning.
• Analyze inventory performance and improve replenishment strategies and warehouse processes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance service levels.
• Monitor KPIs and use data to drive informed decisions and ongoing process improvements.
