Clorox is seeking an inventory-focused role to drive short-term management across a multi-location distribution network in the United States. You will monitor inventory health, resolve time-sensitive issues, and partner with cross-functional teams to align with demand plans.

The role emphasizes 0-2 month finished goods availability, policy rebuilding, and serving as the Customer Ops POC while coordinating with Manufacturing and Logistics to optimize service levels across the network.

Responsibilities

• Inventory policy management to ensure 0-2 month availability.
• Identify inventory gaps using alert systems for rapid action.
• Recast near-term inventory rebuild plans with S&OE alignment.
• Monitor forecast consumption and inventory health metrics.
• Execute item transitions and manage new item introductions.
• Steward item location level inventory settings and master data.
• Escalate inventory risks to S&OE Manager with mitigation ideas.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing to ensure timely production plan execution.
• Serve as primary POC for Customer Ops on orders and item transitions.
• Coordinate with Deployment/Logistics to verify proper distribution across network.
• Interface with Manufacturing, Network Planning, Distribution and Transportation on capacity needs.
• Collaborate with Sales on customer allocation.
