Job summary

Buttery Company LLP is seeking an Inventory Planner to optimize inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams across Texas, southern Oklahoma, and eastern New Mexico. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, reducing stockouts, and minimizing excess inventory.

Responsibilities include analyzing usage trends, managing system controls, and driving improvements in inventory planning processes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• CPP or CSCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage system parameters and controls
• Review usage demand and forecasting market trends
• Evaluate inventory levels and be accountable for fill rates and inventory turns
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and merchandising teams to gather insights and adjust forecasts accordingly
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory planning and control
• All other duties as assigned
