Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5-8 years of relevant experience (or 9-12 years total).
• Extensive knowledge of vendor inventories, tools, consumables and safety inventory practices.
• Experience in receiving documentation paperwork requirements and field purchasing functions.
• Knowledge of inventory storage and handling of equipment.
• Strong communication, organizational and deadline-driven skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate the Inventory Management Plan with Engineering and Construction during front-end execution activities.
• Optimize Inventory planning work processes for key commodities.
• Ensure consistent identification and tracking of inventory for storage and installation.
• Identify approval requirements that could impact issuance of engineering deliverables.
• Assist in design data and labeling requirements with Engineering and Automation Plan.
