Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a detail-oriented inventory and store operations team member to support front-end and pharmacy inventory, pricing, and asset protection. You will participate in receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planogram accuracy, while maintaining compliance with store policies.

The role includes assisting with opening/closing duties, cash handling, and ensuring a positive customer experience through proactive service and effective communication with colleagues and customers.

Qualifications

• Six months of retail or Walgreens experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience with inventory systems and pricing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Executes warehouse and vendor inventory processes: creating, reviewing, and receiving orders.
• Verifies pharmacy shipments are posted and reports shortages or damaged goods.
• Performs On-Shelf Availability end-to-end, including planogram adherence, disposals, and vendor returns.
• Supports opening/closing duties and cash handling where required.
• Engages customers and delivers Walgreens service excellence throughout shifts.
