Walgreens Co. is seeking a detail-oriented team member to manage and monitor store inventory for both front end and pharmacy. Responsibilities include receiving, counting, pricing, and processing returns, while ensuring planogram accuracy and on-shelf availability.

The role also covers safeguarding assets and assisting with daily store operations. In designated stores, you may lead the day’s work, open/close the store, and support cash handling and POS tasks.

Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens experience or one year in retail.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekend hours.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and implementing improvements.

Responsabilités

• Executes, monitors, and trains inventory best practices and SOPs for the store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Reviews and coordinates use of reports and system applications affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Executes and maintains front end and pharmacy asset protection techniques and vendor overages/shortages processes.
• Opens/closes the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and cashier duties in designated stores.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and models Walgreens service traits to deliver a positive experience.
• Manages warehouse and vendor inventory processes, including creating and receiving orders, and scanning deliveries.
