Job summary

Flexjet is seeking a Parts Specialist at Dallas Love Field (DAL) to manage shipping, receiving and stock levels in the parts room. You will enter data into inventory systems, monitor minimums and coordinate with Aircraft Maintenance and Purchasing to keep parts flowing smoothly.

Ideal candidates have warehouse or inventory experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The role requires flexibility for shift patterns and adherence to FAA and company safety rules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Basic computer skills required; able to lift 30-40 lbs.
• Warehousing / Inventory skills required.
• Strong organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry in inventory systems for locating, issuing, receiving, and shipping materials.
• Conduct inventory audits, inspections, and reconciliations per leadership.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate adjustments with Maintenance, Purchasing, and other departments.
• Ensure documentation is received by maintenance when returning unserviceable parts.
• Communicate with suppliers to return unserviceable parts per PO terms.
• Adhere to FAA, OSHA, DOT regulations and company policies.
• Attend and be punctual.
• Pass and maintain forklift rating.
• Work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends.
• Complete GMM and Hazmat Awareness training; IATA test as required.
