Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience handling and maintaining inventory records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage all pick and delivery tickets from the inventory system.
• Pick, label, and deliver parts according to tickets and procedures.
• Receive and process incoming parts into storage locations.
• Assign storage bin locations and reorganize inventory as needed.
• Maintain stock levels of non-inventory supplies.
• Assist stockroom counter with inventory and tooling support.
• Issue and track calibrated and non-calibrated tools using the tool system.
• Maintain records of tool issuance, returns, and calibration status.
• Conduct routine stockroom audits and inspections for compliance.
• Support shipping, receiving and related duties in local supply chain.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and physical inventories.
