Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in supply parts, construction equipment parts, industrial parts, or a related industry.
• Minimum three (3) years of inventory management experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of customer service experience.
• Valid driver''s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry and system administration activities.
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and replenishment needs.
• Coordinate and place large stock orders with approved vendors.
• Assist with vendor returns and related administration.
• Maintain inventory and product data in relevant systems.
• Assist with CRM data entry and maintenance.
• Prepare and manage reporting related to freight performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory turns and processes.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve issues.
