Job summary

Olympic Plumbing Technology in Olympia, WA is seeking a skilled Warehouse & Inventory Specialist to maintain OPT's parts supply chain from procurement through truck-level inventory. You will manage replenishment lists, kit builds, and restocking while coordinating with field technicians and the Warehouse Operations Coordinator to ensure parts availability for timely job completion.

Responsibilities include parts runs, purchase order processing, pricebook updates, and documenting transactions

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/inventory roles.
• Ability to generate replenishment lists and kit inventories.
• Familiarity with pricebooks and PO processing.

Responsibilities

• Daily replenishment and kit management to keep job sites stocked.
• Execute daily parts runs and fulfill special orders.
• Process daily purchase orders and update pricebooks in ServiceTitan; upload receipts to HubDocs.
• Manage truck inventory resets and new truck setups.
• Handle truck decommission/recommission and inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Operations Coordinator to ensure readiness and sign-off.
• Maintain warehouse organization and weekly cycle counts; ensure proper disposal and recycling.
