• Maintain stocking levels and obtain parts promptly for repairs.
• Create purchase orders; verify pricing, quantities, and approvals; PO numbers on invoices.
• Receive, inspect, stock, issue, and ship parts; resolve issues with suppliers.
• Maintain inventory records in Business Central and organization by part number.
• Manage warranty claims, cores, returns, and obsolete inventory; enforce policies.
